City Offices Closed for Independence Day

Other than emergency services, all City of Newberry government offices will be closed on Monday, July 5th, in observance of Independence Day. City offices will re-open for regular business Tuesday, July 6th.

Customers wishing to make a bill payment over the holiday may do so through the City’s telephone system at 352-472-2161 or online (click here). As always you can contact us 24/7 for any needs at 352-472-2161 ext 1. Outages may be reported online (click here) or over the phone. 

Garbage and Recycling Collection:

The holiday will not affect curbside residential solid waste and recycling collection services scheduled for Monday (July 5th), in the Newberry curbside collection area.
