COVID-19 Testing and Flu Vaccine Offered in Newberry

The City of Newberry and the Alachua County Health Department have partnered to offer COVID-19 testing and the seasonal flu vaccination at the Newberry Municipal Building (25420 West Newberry Road, Newberry, FL 32669) on Thursday, December 10, from 9 am to 12 pm. The Alachua County Health Department is offering COVID-19 testing and flu vaccinations to Alachua County residents, regardless of symptoms, with no appointments necessary. Residents who want a COVID-19 test or the flu vaccination are asked to walk in, anytime from 9 am to 12 pm to receive the test or vaccination. A referral from a doctor is not required. If your insurance covers this, it will be billed and no copay is required. If not, it is free. Please have your insurance information ready when you arrive.

The local Department of Health is not offering an Antibody Test.
