Building Department Permit Applications

Please Note: All inspections must be scheduled in 24 hours in advance.

If planning to purchase and build on property, please fill out the Pre-Application Form. This helps determine the services needed that are not currently provided to the property and any fees associated with those services.

Per F.S. 713.135(d), a Notice of Commencement is required for any work valued at $5,000 or more. A Notice of Commencement is not required for the repair or replacement of an existing heating or air-conditioning work valued less than $15,000.
