Burn Ban Extended Through February 13

Burn Ban Extended Through February 13

Due to extremely dry conditions, the burn ban has been extended through 2/13 to help protect our community. Dry soil and duff layers, combined with elevated Fire Danger Index (FDI) levels, mean fires can start easily and spread quickly.

The burn ban includes, but is not limited to:

  •  Campfires and bonfires
  •  Unpermitted controlled burns
  •  Burning of yard or household trash
  •  Burning construction or organic debris
  •  Lighting of fireworks

We kindly ask all neighbors to please use extra caution and do your part to help prevent wildfires. A single spark can put homes, property, and lives at risk.

Thank you for helping keep our community safe and looking out for one another.
