Newberry Welcomes F-300 Accelerator Spring 2026 Cohort

F200 Spring Cohort at Old Light Plant

We are excited to share some inspiring news from Newberry’s AgFoodTech ecosystem!

The City of Newberry proudly welcomed the F-300 Accelerator Spring 2026 Cohort, featuring four innovative founders who are pushing the boundaries of agriculture and sustainability. This dynamic group is tackling some of the industry’s most pressing challenges with cutting-edge solutions:

  • Transforming agricultural waste into biodegradable packaging
  • Developing biodegradable polymers that reduce runoff and water usage
  • Building bio-inspired aerial vehicles to detect crop diseases
  • Creating autonomous drone ports and advanced drone systems for disease detection

On Wednesday, March 11th, the City hosted a warm and engaging welcome reception, bringing together community members, partners, and stakeholders to meet the new cohort and celebrate the start of their journey in Newberry. We are incredibly proud to support these founders as they grow their ventures right here in our community. Their work represents the future of agriculture—more sustainable, more efficient, and more innovative than ever before.

Please join us in welcoming the Spring 2026 cohort to Newberry. We can’t wait to see the impact they will make!
