City of Newberry to Host Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for New City Hall Today

Newberry, FL — January 12, 2026 — The City of Newberry will officially celebrate the opening of its new City Hall with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony today, Monday, January 12, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The event will take place at the new City Hall located at 25493 NW 1st Avenue, Newberry, FL and is open to the public.

The ceremony marks a major milestone for the City and reflects years of thoughtful planning, collaboration, and community investment. Designed to better serve residents and support Newberry’s continued growth, the new City Hall will serve as a central hub for city operations and community engagement for generations to come.

Community members are invited to attend and enjoy guided tours of the new facility, light refreshments provided by Team Scorpio, and an opportunity to learn more about the construction process from Scorpio and Monarch, who played key roles in bringing the project to life.
