Billing & Customer Service
The City of Newberry provides electric, water, wastewater, mosquito control, and garbage services to residences and businesses in the community. Bills for services are mailed out on a monthly basis at the end of each month for the prior month of service and are due on the 15th of the following month. Our commitment is to provide a consistent, accurate response to each customer need in a prompt and timely manner, at all times serving with courtesy, honesty and fairness.
If you wish to start, stop or transfer service, or have questions about your city utility services regarding meter readings, billings or payments, we invite you to visit with a customer service representative at City Hall or, if you prefer, call us at 352-472-2161 ext 1 hours a day, 7 days a week.
